"Red sky at night, sailor's delight. Red sky at morning, sailors take warning." It's an ancient rhyme, most often referring to the weather. The sailors here have a different problem: they're sailing full speed ahead towards a ship graveyard full of beautiful sirens. The screen print's glow-in-the-dark layer reveals ghost ships, still sailing in the night after their hulls were dashed into splinters on the rocks.
