Your items will be shipped within 2-3 days of purchase or sooner. Packages typically arrive within 4-5 days for domestic orders and 7-11 days for international orders. Unfortunately, we can't offer tracking on international orders, but domestic customers will receive a tracking number by default.
In the rare case that a package gets damaged in transit, please email a photo to email@example.com and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. If we aren't able to provide a replacement, we'll issue you a refund.
If you're unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We'll either exchange or refund your purchase, minus the shipping costs, as soon as we receive the items back from you and as long as they're in unused/unopened condition.
Customers can purchase items using a credit card or their PayPal account. If you don't want to use either of these, please contact us and we will do our best to work out an alternative form of payment. Payment in full is required prior to shipping out any items.
There are 2 factors to consider: allowing your print to receive light so the pigments "charge", and allowing your eyes to adjust to as dark an environment as possible.
The more light your print gets, the more it will glow. On the other hand, direct sunlight could cause the paper color to fade. We recommend placing your print in a room that will get indirect light throughout the day, and can be made very dark at night. In our own home, our bedroom is the best environment for our glow-in-the-dark prints. Artificial light works too - the prints in our basement studio glow like crazy!
Use a frame without UV protective or "museum grade" glass. The pigments need to receive light in order to charge up. This is typically only something to worry about if you are custom framing your print. Generally, if you buy a standard size frame off the shelf, it will be fine. All of the frames available for purchase on our website will allow the pigments to glow.
If you've tried all of the tips above and your print still won't glow, it's possible you received a misprint! The glow pigments we use are almost invisible. Here's how to test it: take your print outside in daylight and let the sun directly shine on it for a count of 10. Immediately go inside and look at your print in a closet or dark area. If your print is not glowing, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
Yes! We're available for illustration commissions, regardless of whether or not the end product is a screen print. You can see projects we've done in the past on our portfolio page, or contact us with a specific project you have in mind.
