How to become a wholesale partner
Thank you for considering Arsenal Handicraft for your store. Please read on for details, then contact us to request more information. We'd be happy to send you a line sheet and our full terms and conditions.
If you're already a stockist, simply contact us with the items and quantities you wish to purchase, and we'll send you an invoice.
Payment is required at the time of shipment. We accept PayPal, credit cards or checks. Net 30 terms may be available to retailers that have an existing relationship with us.
Orders are shipped within 4 business days unless otherwise notified. Domestic orders ship via FedEx, and International orders ship via the US Postal Service.
Packaging and branding
All items will be shipped ready for display, with the exception of posters larger than 11x14". Greeting cards will be individually sleeved. Prints 11x14" and smaller will be sleeved and a chipboard backing will be included inside the sleeve. Larger posters will be shipped flat for easy framing, but will not be placed in sleeves or backed.
All Arsenal Handicraft products must be sold in their original packaging. If you're selling our products from an online store, credit must be given to Arsenal Handicraft somewhere in the product description.
Returns and exchanges
Returns are only accepted on defective merchandise. You must contact us within a week of receiving your order to arrange a return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to exchange merchandise for other items, we're happy to switch out products. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
